MedEquip Health Return Policy 

At MedEquip Health, we want you to shop with confidence. Due to the specialized nature of medical equipment, certain items have specific return guidelines to ensure safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Bed Frames: All sales are final. Not eligible for return or refund.
  • Opened Mattresses or Cushions: Cannot be returned once opened, used, or removed from original packaging.
  • Medical Equipment & Supplies: For hygiene and infection control, medical products are not returnable if opened or used.

✅ Eligible Returns

  • Mattresses, Cushions & Select Items: May be returned within 30 days, unopened, and in the original shipping box.
  • Other Items: Must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.

💰 Restocking & Return Shipping

  • Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged during delivery.

📦 Shipping Damage

  • Inspect all deliveries at the time of arrival.
  • If any box appears damaged, please note it with the driver or refuse delivery so we can file a proper claim and replace the item.

🔧 Defective Items

If your product is defective due to a manufacturer issue:

  • We will coordinate with the manufacturer to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with their warranty policy.
  • Our team is here to assist and advocate on your behalf.

Note: Many companies promote “30-day returns” while quietly excluding key medical items. We believe in transparency from the start, so you always know what to expect.
