Great bed, minor delivery issue

The bed itself is fantastic, but the shipping company delayed delivery by two days. Customer service was responsive and helped reschedule quickly.

The bed adjusts quietly and evenly, which is perfect for middle-of-the-night position changes. My grandmother barely wakes up anymore, and that alone makes it worth it.
