Controller (Joystick)

This state-of-the-art wheelchair features a digital joystick controller with an LCD display for effortless navigation, alongside automatic reclining capabilities for maximum comfort during your journey. The quick-release function on the controller always ensures seamless operation.
The controller contains the power on/off button, the speed selection buttons, the horn button, the battery level display, and the 360-degree joystick controller.

Remote Controller

The phoenix comes with an optional remote controller.
The remote control allows you to maneuver the chair, adjust the speed, honk the horn, and recline the chair (if applicable).
The remote control works at distances up 30 feet.

The Phoenix has seven speed selections and a limited top speed of 4 mph.
The seven speed selections will deliver 15%, 30%, 45%, 60%, 75%, 90% or 100% of the maximum speed with speed one being 15% of maximum speed and speed five being 100% of maximum speed.

The Phoenix is available 18.5" seating option. The seat width is measured at the broadest point between the bars supporting the armrests.
The phoenix offers unrivaled comfort, featuring a 17" cushion width and 16" cushion depth.

Love the build and features, but it's definitely an investment. That said, you're paying for quality and innovation.

This is wonderful, it is very lightweight, easy to grab and put in our car. My mom is thrilled with this chair. I wish it came in a wider size in case my mom gains more weight, but so far it has been perfect.

We just flew with this and had zero issues. Airline staff was impressed it folded down so compact. No damage, no stress.

Turns on a dime

I live in a smaller apartment and maneuvering is usually tough, but not with this chair. Very tight turning radius and responsive control.

Can I turn my wheelchair on or turn off with the remote control?

No. The wheelchair’s power must be turned on before the remote control is turned on. This allows the controller to pair with the chair.

Does the wheelchair arrive fully assembled?

Yes, Your wheelchair will arrive almost fully assembled. When your wheelchair arrives, you'll need to attach the remaining parts.

I’ve run out of battery. Can I push my chair?

Yes. The wheelchair can operate like a manual wheelchair. To do so, make sure the power is off, then disengage both motors by pulling the levers on each motor to the unlocked position. Doing this will set your wheelchair to free wheel mode.

Does my remote control come paired with my chair?

Can I install my controller on either side of the wheelchair?

Yes. The controller will be setup on the right side of the wheelchair, but it can be easily moved to the left side.

Yes. The 6.6AH (158.4WH) lithium-ion battery is travel approved by most major airlines and cruise lines. Before traveling by airline or cruise, please contact the airline or cruise line to confirm their travel battery regulations.
