Shipping & Returns


We aim to make our delivery process as smooth and efficient as possible:

  • All products sold on are shipped with standard free shipping unless white glove delivery is selected at the checkout.
  • White Glove Delivery: For products requiring special handling, delivery will be coordinated through our installation partners who ensure the product reaches you in impeccable condition.
  • Shipping Times: Shipping duration can vary depending on back-orders. We encourage customers to inquire about specific lead times via phone or email if needed.

Return Policy

MedEquip Health is committed to customer satisfaction while recognizing the specific nature of our products:

  • Medical Products:Once removed from the original packaging, medical products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
  • Bed Frames: All sales of bed frames are final. These items are not eligible for return.
  • Mattresses and Other Products: Mattresses and other items can be returned only if they remain unopened and are still in their original shipping box.
  • Restocking and Freight Fees: Returns of eligible products will incur a restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price. Additionally, customers are responsible for covering the cost of freight for returned items.

Defective Products

Occasionally, a product may exhibit a defect due to manufacturing issues:

  • Manufacturer Defects: If a product is ineffective due to a manufacturer defect, the return will be handled according to the return policy of that specific manufacturer.
  • Assistance by MedEquip Health: Our representatives will assist customers by liaising with the manufacturer to facilitate returns, repairs, or replacements as necessary.

Damage in Transit

It's important to inspect your delivery at the time of arrival:

  • Reporting Damage: Any damage to the boxes should be noted in writing with the delivery company or refused by the customer at the time of delivery to ensure proper documentation and accountability.
