Return Policy

At MedEquip Health, we strive for clarity and satisfaction in every transaction. Please note the following stipulations regarding product returns:

  • Bed Frames: All sales of bed frames are final. These items are not eligible for return.
  • Mattresses and Other Products: Mattresses and other items can be returned only if they remain unopened and are still in their original shipping box.
  • Restocking and Freight Fees: Returns of eligible products will incur a restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price. Additionally, customers are responsible for covering the cost of freight for returned items.


Warranties for products purchased through MedEquip Health are issued and managed by the manufacturers. For all warranty-related inquiries, including necessary repairs or replacements, coordination with both MedEquip Health and the respective manufacturer is required. We are here to assist you in facilitating these processes to ensure you receive the full benefits of product warranties.


Delivery of products requires the active participation of the customer:

  • Presence at Delivery: It is crucial that the customer or an authorized representative is present at the time of delivery.
  • Inspection of Goods: Upon delivery, please inspect the products for any damages before accepting the final delivery. Acceptance of the delivered goods confirms that the products have been received in satisfactory condition and MedEquip Health is not liable for any damages reported post-delivery.
